Ive tried scissors but it looks so fake

ripp it? like cut one little slit and then rip the rest very carefully so u dont rip up

Undo the hem, the very carefully (with a sewing awl if you have one ) ( or use a needle, something with a little point so you can grab that one thread ) pull the threads out; if you do it right the bottom will basically start to unravel and look shredded.

fold it across till the seams over lapped along the bottom then cut som odd triangles out of the bottom and rip the seam also then just wash and iron the edge should be rough like its a witches ragged dress

if you don't actually want to harm it by ripping or cutting; try using safety pins to pin up a 'hem' at varying lengths. this will make it look choppy even more choppy if you press it.
