The truth is no one knows. It jambles up neurons and neurotransmittors. But the fact is it does sometimes work. It is kind of like when a computer inexpicably does not work and a reboot fixes everything.

I had this procedure many times and it just made me have less memory recall. Anyway you are anesthetizes during the procedure and can't feel it. It is supposed to help correct neurological imbalances.
