v card sure it should, but ram no. rd ram and ddr ram have a completly different archetechture. that and they have different pinnings. same number of pins but the spacer is different, *rd has 2 while ddr has only 1*
besides if you remove one rd ram stick out and put a ddr *which it usurally you will have it dual channel* the rd wont work anymore. simply because rd is strickly dual channel *meaning you have to have both slots filled with rd ram * even if you had 4 or more slots for the computer to recognize it, it would all have to rd.
which doesnt matter sence ddr wont fit into an rd slot.
and i have never seen a Mobo that has 2 slots for rd and 2 for ddr.

You can't mix those two types of RAM together. Your mobo determines the type of graphics card that you may use. A Intel P4-1.7Ghz is a CPU, not a mainboard.

i suppose u cant add a ddr ram with a rd ram .anr regarding gforce card yes it will support .

well only if your motherboard supports the RAM connections.
also as for the graphics card, that also depends on the motherboards specifictions.
but i dont see any problems of installing that graphics card.
since your AGP slot should be 8x
