please help me?

I want to mve my sidebar to the right. right now i have it on the left. if u have sbc or at&t u might now what i am talking about. so can u plaese help me. someone told me to drag it to the left but it doesn`t work.

Hold the left mouse button down while the cursor is on the bar and drag it to the other side, then release the mouse button.
Right click the start button and uncheck the 'Lock the Taskbar' box, then it should work.
