I used Nathan and Mathew for my two boys. I don't have any name to suggest just some advice. Make sure that whatever name you chose will be a good name when he is a grown man. I always asked myself what impression it would make reading it on a business card or when they were introducing themselves as adults. Example: Doctor Mathew ??? , Nathan ??? Attorney at Law. I never really thought about this when I had my girls and have somewhat regretted it as they are approaching their teens, college, and then their chosen profession. I know it seems unimportant when your expecting but I think it really could matter in some cases.

My middle name is Leigh. I am a female, but my middle name was handed down to me from my father who's middle name was Lee. In Gaelic, my name means "from the meadow", and Lee in Gaelic means "from the fortress". Just a little trivia there, but I couldn't help myself, I wanted to continue the name "Leigh", or "Lee", down the line. So, I wanted a variation for my son, so he would not be conformed, but different, and original. I gave him the middle name of Tylee, and if he'd have been a girl, it would have been Tyleigh. Leigh is a beautiful name, I just wish folks would stop called me LAY! It will be a great honor if you choose for your son a name variated from "Leigh". Good Luck in choosing a good name for your son.
