Not every man cheats on his wife, but I am not in the position to talk. Been there, done it, and seen it. Was it right? NO, but you cannot turn the clock back.
I think about the other woman about 4 times a week. Sometimes more, sometimes less.
But to answer your first question, Every man is not a cheater, and every woman is not a cheater.
Let me give you some honest advice, once you cheat, there is a chance of 90% that you will do it again or think about it.
If you are being satisfied at home men and women, then do not think about cheating.

It is "women" in my case and not often. it was just sex and they knew that
