I'm gonna be very clear here:

NO

HELL NO

You can't "party" if you are going to work also, but if you are studying and working , you can party ONCE IN A WHILE. Which means one party once in a while, not a party row.

I'm gonna repeat so my point is clear:

NO

HELL NO

I SAID NO.

Come on!

Yes, but...
1) Only take the minimum course load until you get the hang of campus life (12 credit hours is full time)
2)Don't schedule any classes before 11:00am...wait to take math classes until next term they are usually early morning.
3)Try to schedule as many classes as possible as Tuesday/ Thursday courses it gives you three days off to recover and you can party Thursday night, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and recover Monday.
4)If the Tuesday/ Thursday schedule works out get a serving job at a restaurant and try to only work Wednesday...11a-9p or 11p. That gives you 20 hours a paycheck and if you are serving you get tips for a lunch and dinner rush.
5)Schedule time to study during the day and try to avoid it at night...you'll either be partying or trying to catch up on sleep.
6)Remember you are in school for your education, but if you neglect your social life you'll get bitter and blow classes off. Keep work on the back burner (20 or less hours per week) but stay employed. It will give you money to party and an excuse to get away from your friends if your partied out.

Have fun!

this is possible, yet keep in mind which you will in ordinary terms play demanding as long as you artwork and study demanding. detect a stability between the three and you need to have the skill to deal with it. in case you finally end up partying extra beneficial than working, and working extra beneficial than reading, you run an rather intense danger of dropping by the wayside or sacrificing a minimum of between the three. Society values here so as of maximum magnitude, which will pay off sooner or later in case you conform: a million. training 2. artwork 3. Partying stable luck!

I doubt it. I had a job while taking classes in college.. I was too tired to do other stuff. I kept up my grades, but didn't read half of the books assigned, and still didn't have time for a lot of extra stuff.

Hardly, been there done that. Never again. You will never get a chance to sleep and your body needs the rest to get good grades.
Give up the party one as that one is not necessary for your health or your wealth.
