I really like the sound of the instruments. It sounds so good but the bands are so satanic..I just want to know if it's a sin to listen to their music.

No it's a sin to act on what the lyrics are subtly telling you to do while you enjoy the music.

No, not at all. Consider this: most bands that write lyrics about Satanism don't even believe in Satan. It's a marketing ploy, just like everything else in the music industry. If you like the way the music itself sounds, enjoy it! Now, I'm not a gamblin' lady, but I'd be willing to bet that it's not a sin unless you buy into the ideology of Satanism.

The day when someone can really define the word SIN - then what you like listening to could b considered a sin. I equate listening to this kinda music to smoking, perhaps? Even without cigs. there r many other areas where everyone could b sinning in the eye of another person ....... so go on! enjoy !

Most of these bands are not satanic, but put on a satanic front to get attention. If it bothers you, than don't listen to it.

I don't know if it is a sin or not .. but I wouldn't listen to anything that might be considered "devil music" .. Good Luck ! :)

That's how I was told to decide some things I was unsure about...would you do it if Jesus was standing behind you...and of course Satan's going to make it sound good...that's the whole point of temptation...he's not going to put something you DON"T like in front of you....Not judging,just answering your question...
