When you give up 5.2 yards per carry and 166.8 yards per game rushing.....you won't get far. I'm thinking they get knocked out in their first playoff game, especially if it's against a team that can run the football.

The colts will go to the playoffs but Manning gets control crazy and wants to win the game alone. And with a bad Defense whos gonna stop the offense of the other team. They lose(to Denver) in the divisional match up.

The loss of Corey Simon for the year means the defense will continue to be terrible against the run, unless the Colts trade for a quality DT, and have some fresh D-line men to switch in and out to keep the veterans fresh (see Eagles D-line strategy)

They will make the playoffs, from there it depends on who they play. They can beat denver, because denver's offense is as bad as Indy's defense. If denver makes it, it will be as the wild card, so they could end up playing Indy first, in which case Indy would make it past the first round. They also might beat Cinci if they make it. They have no chance against San Diego, Baltimore (well maybe), or Jacksonville. New England is anyones guess (inconsistent).

As far as the can get through the playoffs without playing the Patriots seems to be the logical answer to this.

They'll get to the playoffs....but given their history...I don't think they'll make it very far in the playoffs...maybe to the AFC championship...
