My date for HC is wearing a black dress. I have either a blue or white shirt to wear with black pants, but is a grey jacket ok to wear with it? All I have is grey, is that alright to wear?

You only should match in style, but not necessarily in color. She's not your twin, she's your date. Wear what looks best on you and suits the occasion. Grey should be fine. If she wears red dress next time are you going to consider a red suit for yourself? LOL
Just about anything matches to a black dress. It is the most neutral color that you can find.

White shirt, grey jacket & black pants will look fabulous with your date in black. Make sure they are pressed.
Don'r forget to shave & put some colonge to finish the look, have fun !

Hmmm.....Grey wouldnt be to great but if it's all ya got thats what you have to wear.
If you're wearing grey then you have to wear a white shirt. And make sure you get her white flowers too.

i say wear the blue shirt with the black pants & since its homecoming, you might not need the coat, but if you do decide to wear a coat, wear a black one ohh with some black shoes!!!!

If you have Grey you can wear it,You will look more romantic than ever.You don't need a black color dress for date.But black girl/woman is okay.Hey but you won,t be able to satisfy her I bet.

I think you may want to wear the black pants,blk socks,blk shoes,blue shirt,blk jacket.you can go to Goodwill,buy one for like less than $5,you'll never wear it again anyway
