i have used so many methods to provent to built up the dirty surface but none of them is working please please give me any sugetions thanks

Is this an outdoor cooker? I've used Dawn Disolves It to remove the caked on stuff. The only way to prevent build up is to clean it right away while it is still hot. Or get it so hot that the stuff burns off. Have you tried Pam No Stick Spray before you cook?

Try Windex multi-purpose cleaner and let soak and put a little elbow grease too. good luck

wrap it in tin foil before use, then change out the dirty one

if you can take the metal sheet off stove? you can put it in a fire pit and burn it off.

Try "Easy-Off" oven cleaner.
