I lost my second baby on the 29th of September. That may or may not have anything to do with the excruciating pain I've had in my breasts for the last week and a half. Do I need to go get a mammography? Am I just being paraniod?

Only serious people need to reply.

first i must say i will pray for you and your family, that god will grant you a blessing with a child.OK they use to give medication to help dry your milk not any more.take something for pain over the counter.then start with warm compresses(towel) leave on until cool. you can do this while you are watching TV.this will help start your milk to flow.that is what you wont to do,to stop the pain.now another thing you could have an infection in your breast some woman get this when the milk is there and the tissue become inflamed.if this is the case you have to call your doc and get a antibiotic and still use the compresses.this well help.no you are not paranoid, and i am assuming that you were more than 16weeks.

U may still have milk in your breast, take a towel and put around your breast and squeeze the towel tight.
It is natural for pain in breast after pregnancy, try rubbin olive oil or castor oil on breast.
Sorry, u lost your child, but good luck next time. Take B vitamins and folic acid and eat Total cereal the next time u are pregnant.
