Most stores do, but it depends on how old the games are and what you are trying to get with them.

Unlike video games for consoles, older computer games don't run very well or at all on new computers. I learned this the hard way when I installed my copy of Star Wars Tie Fighters (ran fine on our 1993 computer) on my 2004 Compaq and the computer crashed. There are ways to get older games to run, but the methods are not common knowledge so stores like EB Games will tend to only buy used computer games between certain years before turning them down. If you do get turned down, I suggest Ebaying your collection.

Also, if they do buy your games from you they won't give you much for them, and if it a game that didn't sell too well or was known to have problems they may only give you store credit. So, if you are hoping to trade in two or three games for a brand new one, you will still have to pay them for the new one, just not as much.

My local ones do not. Same for Gamestop. The reason? Unlike console games which can be played in any console they're made for, PC games are normally locked by a CD key. Without the key, the game is useless, and they have no way to check to see if the CD key has been used or not. So if I sold my copy of, say, Neverwinter NIghts to you - you'll never get to play it legally because you didn't originally buy the game.
