i have some bumps on my balls and some are white what are they?

It could be a number of things from pimples to warts, I would advise you to see a doctor to find out for sure what it is and how to treat it. good luck

They aren't nothing to worry about if they don't hurt or itch.
If yo wanna get rid of them-cut off your balls, or sandpaper em off 120 grit should work fine.

probably heat or dry skin.
Get some babyoil or olive oil and rub on them
