The easiest way will be to study hard and go to uni and maybe one day you will be able to make your own game.

Don't you think maybe, just maybe, if there were such a program that could make a game like Doom, game publishers/producers would be using it? Ever watch the credits of a game even half as complex as Doom? Your question is like this one: How can I write the Great American Novel - I need a program for it, and also I don't want to type.

This does not happen. If you want good color / graphics / sound etc., you will have to spend the hours it takes to create a game with full knowledge of the language it is written in. You are best off going out and buy a game.

Lol if you want to make your own interface and weapons and physics etc then you will HAVE to learn a language
However I'd just buy Half-Life and make your own levels in the WorldCraft program that comes with it
