I'm curious. I'm always looking at lyrics and sometimes sections would be labeled as "bridge" and "hook". Any help?

The dictionary defines a hook as "an implement for catching something, holding something, sustaining it or pulling it along." That is a great definition for a song hook as well. The hook is the line of words and music that catches the listener's ear, holds his/her interest, sustains that interest and pulls the listener along to the end of the song.

As with the chorus, not all songs have -- or need -- a bridge. When a bridge is used, it is musically and lyrically transitional (unlike a chorus, it doesn't sound complete alone) and it occurs in the latter half of the song. A bridge takes the song in a different direction -- adding new lyrical information and new music which will once again bring the listener back to the hook. A bridge may be referred to as a "B" section or as a "C" section -- depending on the song form used.

OK, listen to "Sexyback." It says, "take it to the bridge," and "take it to the chorus." The bridge is between a verse and the chorus. Or in "Ring the Alarm," the bridge is when Beyonce is sitting on the couch and the key changes and she's kinda pouty. But the rest of the time, she's writhing around and screaming and pissed off. The chorus would be the part that repeats after every verse, or after the verse and bridge (if the song has a bridge.)

Hook, hook. Harder to explain. I guess it's not a verse, bridge, or chorus. It hooks you? I don't know the exact definition.

bridge is a part of a song that's a few lines long and comes before the chorus most of the time. it's not really a verse coz it's not long enough, and not the chorus because the bridge is like a leadup.
