I get to the point where I can type it in, then it says,"Say your dog's name multiple times so that it gets used to hearing it." I say it over and over and over and over and over again, but it says,"It seems your dog has forgotton it's name, try again." PLEASE HELP! I AM TIRED OF THIS!

Well, with this you turn to the player. You have to be in a fairly tame enviorment so it gets the name down. While doing that you should be a good distance away from the system and say the name. If you have the system right up to your mouth it's not going to register the name and question you repeatedly. Keep a good distance and announce the name clearly. I'm hoping I was of some aid. If not I can further look into this.

its kinda tough at first. You have to say it EXACTLY the same each time. Try and keep your mouth at the same distance from the mic every time you say it, use the same volume and the same intonation. If it doesn't work, there might be something wrong with your mic.
