In other words, will it be pirated like the previous operating system and serial keys will be posted on the Internet?

yup, there're some pretty smart hackers out there. and i think MS is expecting that's why their plan is not to let you have all the frills with vista unless it's a genuine registered version.

If there is something out for a computer, a new program, or what ever it maybe. There will someone out there that can and will hack in to it. I would say that windows vista is already out there some where being pirated.

One day - hacked to avoid required activation
One week - cracked to make the MS servers think that the
system is genuine and accept updates
One month - to get a LCC (used to be called corporatelicense) to make the first two unnecessary

Of course it will, same as everything else. No software is 100% hack proof, or anywhere close to it.

It always happens,what would make it different this time.Any way Bill Gates should give something free.But I don't think he can spell free.
But he sure knows how to make systems that really suck.Go to MSN updates.and do updates.How many times do you have to up date a up date with a fix up date,\.

yea, technology has its downsides, there might be less hacking but, not totally stopped
