The fact that I "know" that I am honest, real. caring, sincere and faithful to those that I love, am in love with and those that are in my life even as acquaintances. If a relationship doesn't work out for me, be it friends, companions, family, or lovers, it's not because I didn't do all that I could to make it work. I'm a "good" friend, reliable and sincere.. Will never betray another or speak ill of someone behind their back. I'm not a martyr, just someone who has been used and abused, betrayed and lost over and over again through the years. So I know how to be a "real" person, not some fly by night undependable fool who is looking for a free ride or to take advantage of a good situation. I can't present myself that way to anyone. It's degrading to ones self and not being true to your self either...two wrongs do not make a right ever......

Think about all the things youre good at.
if youre not good at anything
then think about your good health, that should give you something to be happy about right ?
If youre health is not so great
then you might just want to finish it off and slice your wrist. Lol j/k
Try talking to a good friend, Im sure that will help
thats what friends are for.

I think about my achievements - rising above my horrible past, graduating high school, doing great in college, and being a good wife. I think about my good qualities - I think I'm pretty (most of the time), I'm smart, I'm creative, I'm caring, etc. I think about what nice things others say about me and about the people who love me. All kinds of stuff.

I think that I am very blessed because there are people far younger than myself and they are not in the best of health; I thank God for allowing me to be an independent person.

how good i'm making it on my on, how i about to graduate from college, how i'm about to marry my beautiful girlfriend, and just how happy i am in general with my life...sigh
