i have some bumps on my balls and some are white what are they?
how can i get rid of them

I also have those and asked my doctor. He said it's what the hair will grow out from in the future. I would think that the bumps you are refering to are small and plentiful. If they are like really large (as in swelling large) and cause pain, get professional help.

these are just clogged hair follicles like zits in the face...all normal.If it becomes bigger and painful then its a problem-it is called a sebaceous cyst, that it needs to be excised.But usually it never goes that far....btw, it will disappear in weeks.

it happens sometimes if ur sugar level increases so u need to check ur fasting sugar level.if u cannot do it then i suggest to see a doctor.if it is painfull then u really need to rush to the doctor.

It is probably dry skin, just put baby oil or olive oil on them.
You will be fine.

i have them too, around the base of the folicles... i assumed they are parts of the hair follicle... since the skin is soo thin there!
