Sounds nice, like those shoes since they include ALL your colors that you're using, but the rule of ART is only 3 colors, not 4. White, Green, Purple, and Black......pull the purple and choose a black or white sweater if you want to pull it off.......and I'd suggest black since your flats are Mostly Black......

Green and Purple are complementary colors, meaning they stand on the opposite ends in the color wheel and clash together. You could end up looking like the Joker from Batman if you're not careful. The green and purple need to be of different values...meaning one should be more pastel/neutral than the other color. You don't want to end up looking like Rainbow Bright! (or worse, the Joker)

I think its ah-mazingly cute!!
I think that the purple sweater might be a bit too much though because you have quite a few colors going on there, espically in the shoes ( I love those shoes!). If you want, substitute the sweater with one of a different color, but the same style. If not, just wear it without it.
