black smoke would be running to rich , fuel problem white smoke would be oil or antifreeze if your car isnt going through any antifreeze id say its your valve stem seals inless you dont drive it alot and its just moisture

Blue smoke on start up of a cold engine sounds like stem seals to me.Not totally sure but on alot of cars you can change them without pulling the head just by putting compressed air in the cyclinder while changing the seal . The air keeps the valve from falling in to the cyclinder

is it moisture or does it smell like oil? if oil its the valve guides and seals when they wear out they allow oil to leak down past them into the combustion chamber when the car sits for a period of time when you start the car it smokes from burning the oil that has leaked down but when you run the car regularly there isnt time for much oil to leak down so you only notice the smoke after its sits over night

Might not even be smoke like oil. Usually when cold there`s water condensation. Nothing to worry about.

what colour is the smoke ? if it's white then it's normal for a cold engine on start up, if it black then the cold start up is flooding the engine and needs attention, if it's blue smoke it could indicate internal engine problems
