Who was the King of France named Louis, who's mother was executed for adultery, and who died in prison after poisoning his father?

Hm actually, he was never king. he was the king's kid, but after his father died, he was emprisonned for murder and poisonning of the King. So he never actually got to be king. His mother was decapitated.

I checked through the entire list of Louis kings of France. Several of them died under suspicious circumstances, but I can't find anything about this specific story. Are you sure it was a Louis?

I believe the King of France was beheaded during the French Revolution. And it should be, "Who's the King of France."
