If the evil clown can still swim, then obviously the lead weights aren't heavy enough. I'd add a few cement blocks to see if that made that nasty clown sink.

Evil clowns will never be caught with lead weights tied to their limbs. It's just not in their fashion to do so.

it all depends of if the kead weighs are heavier than the amount of air contained in their rubber nose and shoes.........
everbody knows that for some strange reason that evil clowns noses and shoes makes them harder to sink so there fore the lead weights would have to be at least double that of what you would use on a normal person.......
