I get to the phase 1, 2 and 3 part with the white dots to select.
I click on any of the phases and it brings up the menu to choose what you want to look at (Lost on location etc) but there is no white dot here to select which feature you want to watch. I've pressed all the buttons on my dvd remote, cleaned the disc and tried it again and again and I can't watch any of the bonus features!
Please help, I'm dying to find out what happens!!

Oh thats horrible! i just got my season 2 ...it seems to be working fine...id take it back....
Goodluck....weeks with out Lost is painful enough

take it back and exchange it, even with out proof of purchase, a straight swap is never a prob.
