My daughter is 14 also and weighs 165, shes not fat at all, just big boned. Maybe you should take her to the neighborhood park and walk around and talk about anything, jsut to keep her mind off of it, but get some energy in her. And Love her NO MATTTER WHAT!!!!

That's not fat at all. If she's 5'7 then she's kinda tall. So 150 is a good weight for her. Don't wanna be too skinny.

I was approximatelely (sp) that size not too long ago and I felt the same way. I am older though and I have had children. The best thing you can do is be supportive of her. Don't agree with her that she is fat but if she wants to do something about it in a healthy way, don't tempt her by ordering pizza and baking cookies. Go for a walk or a bike ride instead.

um.... just a little.... I mean age doesn't mean anything for fatness. I'm 5'9'' and i weigh 160, it also depends on if she has any muscle or not. I mean there are athletes that are like 6 ft. and weigh 200-300 lbs. but it's mostly muscle not fat.

That is rather heavy for a girl. Yet normal for a guy. Just dont call her fat.

i think that you should say like sometimes, i'll race you to that building and back, go!" and then, she'll like to run around. she'll lose weight and get lots of exercise. encourage her and be supporting, don't do bad remarks because that will just bring her down and she'll probably not want to be your friend anymore.

Good luck!
