You can learn so much about yourself by choosing to be different from the crowd. I don't know if that means being gothic or not, but just expressing yourself through your outward image in some way. Besides, it's the best time to do it since you are young and not confined to the dress code of a job or profession.

I spent my high school years being myself which meant that I stood out A LOT but I was a creative person who was already clearly different so I thought "if they're going to single me out for being 'weird' I might as well go all the way". And at the end of the year, my classmates often told me that, although they may not like my style for them, they admired me for being myself. Now, as an adult in a creative profession, I'm really glad I experienced that because I really don't worry about what others think of me. I'm pretty much always myself and people like me for it. And I'm not preoccupied with beauty even though I'm often considered a beautiful woman. Perhaps it is just being ourselves that make us the most beautiful anyway.

Blonde all the way!

Goths are too depressing. I know a goth girl, and she's probably the most retarded person I've ever met. But there are probably cool goths too...and retarded blondes.

Me personally would prefer the blond hair beauty because the depressed goth pales in comparison to the stupid blond.

(NOTE: right now I'm going with stereotypes... I know that blonds can be smart.)

The blonde! Appearance matters. If she choses to put so much dark on the ouside you can only wonder how much dark is there inside.

the blonde

depends totally on who they are. looks and appearance are one thing, but a girl can be hot and blonde and completly obnoxious which is a huge turn off, and a girl can be goth but sarcastic and fun. so it really depends
