yes, the europe launch has been delayed due to a shortage of Blue Ray Diodes. Microsoft must be jumping with joy as the PS3 is not due out until March 2007, so expect it next Christmas at this rate.
It can't touch the 360 anyway, go buy a 360 you wont be sorry.

can you afford the £450 for the PS3 + another £100 for a package deal? and £60 per game.
Sony always screw us on the realese date, they never do it on time, but the goddam yanks and the yellow pearls get it on time.
Microsoft have the right idea, yet, i aint getting a 360, i'll stay with Sony, might get it next xmas, when its down in price.

far as i no they have put it back in the uk but japan and usa get it fist enybody nos look in the mag called stuff im not shaw on name buts its a mans mag not dirty as in boobs ask retailer for it sorry but some thing that iv read thats it has bin delaid every were
