things, where n = the current human population? - and that this is stolen off u at birth by the pre-ownership of all the naturally occurring valuable things by the custom of private property?

an nth of all the land, animals, minerals, oil, diamonds, tourist spots, trees, soil, plants, etc?

where there is no private property, every creature born, automatically has a birthright share in nature's valuables - a lion cub can walk about freely, sharing the land - for us, we can walk about freely on the footpaths and the parks - most of the world is closed, forbidden to us - we not only hav stolen our share of the whole land undivided [our freedom to go anywhere], we dont even get our fairshare of the land [& all the other natural valuables] divided -
as far as i know, no one in the history of the world has ever noticed this automatic theft
who owns the land owns everything - the ppl, the labour, the valuables, everything -
with typical tunnelvision, man said: this plot is mine, al

It is interesting logic for ownership. By the same logic, you should not leave any inheritance to your family members more than 1 nth of the property nor inherit yourself from your parents.
You should give anything morethan 1 nth from your salary to all those who are below 1 nth.
As civilisations grew, owning and other laws have been made for the benefit of society. These are subject to change according to times. Your inheritance law will require a lot of amendments for various situations practicallly encountered day to day.

No,

"Though the earth and all inferior creatures be common to all men, yet every man has a “property” in his own “person.” This nobody has any right to but himself. The “Labor” of his body and the “work” of his hands, we may say are properly his."

When you dig the minerals, till the soil, drill for the oil, turn the field into a garden. You have applied your labor, and taken what was in common and made it yours through your own honest toil.

They're trying your way right now in Mugabees Zimbabwe. They taken the once fruitful farmland and kicked off the farmers and put them in common. They now starve in what was once a bountiful land.

There is an unbreakable bond between private property and freedom. You can't have one without the other.

It's a trade off, we also lost our 'birthright' to be ruthlessly exploited and killed by the powerful, or eaten by the Pride's new male lion for the happy go luck lion cub of the brutally deposed father!
In power vacuums like the old Rhodesia in Africa where the ruler has taken over the land 'on behalf of everyone', effectively one monster ends up owning everything.

Interesting.

And WHY do you own 1/nth of everything? Did you create it? No? So then why aren't you included in the "stuff" owned by everyone else?

You really need to develop some sort of rational underlying approach to this viewpoint...

With a sense of entitlement, it will cause more discord, don't you think?

If everyone will maintain nature's bounty, then it is good; but based on the current situation, how many people really care enough to safeguard the riches of nature?

Very small, unfortunately.
