ammonia 0 ppm, nitrites 0 ppm, nitrates 10 ppm=a cycled tank. Why are you trying to increase the ammonia? The fish will do it naturally. Don't feed 4 times a day, once only, even every other day. If you don't do small water changes, they'll end up dying from ammonia poisoning.

And, why did you add meds to prevent disease? They way you're going they're going to die anyway, the meds are kind of a moot point right now. Sounds like you did a little bit of research about cycling a tank, or someone explained it, but I don't think you're getting it. Try doing some more research.

Read on how to cycle a fish tank and even read about doing a fishless cycle.

EDIT: I just read your other post about adding the bio bacteria and sponges. Bio-Spira is really the only good one. Cycle and Stress Zyme are crap, and usually the bacteria is already dead and of no use. Hopefully you used the Bio Spira. But I still don't understand why you need the ammonia up, if there's already fish in the tank?

are u trying to get the ammonia to10....just use a glass cleaner , that will spike your ammonia...feeding 4 times a day is a little much..your bio-sponge should take care of 2 fish ..but it depends what load of fish the sponge came from..bact. grows for what in the tank..so if the sponge came from a tank with 10 fish ( depends on their size) then u can feed 4 times a day..your ammonia and nitrite is 0 and should stay there , as long as the bio-sponge u got was still in a tank with fish and u move it wet..and got it with in 24 hrs.. if u see some food on the bottom or going to add fish ,cut back on the food .. good luck

In a well cycled tank, you DON'T want to have any detectable ammonia or nitrite readings.

You may want to cut down the number of feedings to once a day, just to keep up your water quality.
