Look up at the sky and you can see the constellations,moon and sun are in a different position to where you were previously. Then you know you have changed position on the earth.

kinda hard to get moved without noticing -
but in the case of daily movements of the tectonic plates, it is just assumed that u will be moved
same thing with rotation and orbit of the earth, just assume that u are being moved
otherwise if u are on some weird ground thingy that has moved, best thing to do is use gps, compass
if u have very good instruments, determine position of yourself in correlation with the sun or moon
or just be able to notice when u are being moved by feeling the movement
