Weight lifting, focusing on all muscles of body.
Heavy weights with few repititions will bulk you up.
Lighter weights with many repititions will not bulk you up, but bring tone to your body.

So, to gain 25 punds of muscle fast -
Lift heavy weights with 3-5 repititions.
Do a full body work-out, to get all muscles involved and growing.

Finally, eat extra amounts of protein, as you will need this to repair and bulk up the muscles you will be working on....
