Trust me the answer is 4/5. first, u take 4 out of 4x and -28. u should get 4(x-7). Then pull out 5 out of 5x and -35. u should get 5(x-7). Then the two (x-7) cancel out leaving u with 4/5. I passed Algebra so i im pretty sure this is the way to do it. Good Luck

4x-28= 4(x-7)
5x-35=5(x-7)

So, the x-7 cancels leaving 4/5

4 x - 28/5 x - 35.
First factor out a 4 in the numerator and a 5 in the denominator
4 ( x-7)/ 5(x-7)
You will see that the (x-7) 's can now cancel out and get
4/5

(4x - 28)/(5x - 35) = (4(x - 7))/(5(x - 7)) = (4/5)

YES, the answer is 4/5...but to be technically correct you should write x not equal to 7 first
