I have a pair of Shure E2C that I really like. They were $99. Shure makes in ear earphones that are very comfortable to wear. Shure makes earphones starting at $99 and going up to $549. Other brands are Etymotic from $140 to $300 and Ultimate Ears from $100 to $400. Then you get into custom made earphones where they take a mold of your ear canal and they can range from $500 to almost $1000.

I got some and they are made by Philips and they are white. They are the ones that sorta stick out so they go right inot your ear. Really good. Got 'em for about $15.
