I'd recommend WORKING GIRL which is chock full of ethical questions and situations, starring Melanie Griffith and Sigourney Weaver. It's a great film, it will make you think, and it will give you a lot of material to use for your class project.

Griffith is the main character. The film has a lot to do with company dynamics and what a person can do in a tough professional situation. It's also funny, so if you have to do a project for school anyway, watch it because it's really quite fun.

I like the documentary "StartUp.com". The rise and fall of a start up internet business from beginning to end. Egos, pride and money make it not only interesting to watch, but make you stop and think!

Good luck with your project!
