I'm not 100% what you mean by trippy, but I'll answer how I think you mean. I strongly suggest Fight Club. Or there is also 2001: A Space Odyssey. That one is pretty trippy.

If I'm understanding what you mean by "trippy" then Trainspotting, The Wall, Charlie and the Chocolate factory (the old one), James and the Giant Peach, Rocky Horror Picture Show, Donnie Darko, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Requiem for a Dream, Fight Club, The Usual Suspects, Mulholland Drive

Edit to add A Clockwork Orange....How did I forget that??

"Time Code"... It shows 4 screens simultaneously with the volume being moved from one to another and the people interact with each other as time goes by... It was an experiment in improvisation... It's pretty good, but a little slow... There's also a different version on the DVD, too... Supposedly, it was unedited... Definitely, a different kind of movie...

Another would be Pink Floyd's "The Wall"

Waking Life

"The Avengers". Starring Ralph Fiennes, Uma Therman, and Sean Connery. I think it came out in 1998. I saw it on LSD and it is by far the best movie to date to watch while tripping. Forget about Pink Floyd's "The Wall," this movie will blow your mind like a hooker with a psychology degree.

Waking life - absolutely mind-blowing.

Filmed with a digital camera and animation overlaid onto the film (rotoscoping).

It's all about ... well I don't want to ruin the surprise.
