It just started doing this a couple of days ago.

There are a few issues when videos hesitate. One is your internet connection speed. I have a cable modem and rarely have video hesitation. If you are using DSL or slower that could be one issue. Another could be the speed and memory of your computer. Video uses a lot of resources. The other possible problem is there are so many people using YouTube, their servers might be having problems. However, I think it is more likely the first two.

I just played a few of them and had no problems.

in internet explorer - click tool - internet options - under temporary files - hit delete - select delete all files and delete to delete your browser cache
