You most likely have hemmroids. If there is alot of blood and it has been happening for quite some time then yes go to your doctor. However, if your "butt" is a little itchy and not alot of blood has come out and also if it has stopped, go to your local pharmacy, buy some preparation H, take a warm bath, and apply the preparation H as directed. If all the symptoms come back or are still occuring then go to the doctor.

it is probably fissures.a fissure is a tear in the anus lining,it is from not having enough fiber in your diet.try washing the area and dry yourself and use some petrolem jelly in your butt and eat lots of fiber and drink lots of water,its from constipation,when you strain to have a bowel movement and it tears the lining of your anus.hope this helps you.

sounds like hard stool or hemorrhoids, maybe cancer but you should get yourself checked. are there other symptoms such as fatigue, fever,nausea or loss of appetite?
