How do you deal with dirty looks from someone that claims they are your friend.?

This so called friend constantly gives me the feeling that she really can't stand me but wont ever come out and say it. Instead she smiles to my face and glares behind my back. Caught her doing it. What do you make of this?

Confront her -if she is truly your friend she will be honest with you

There is a song that goes like this: "They smile to your face, but all the time they want to take your place, the backstabbers." There are plenty of back stabbers out there. Just watch your back and don't ever trust this person.
