I would like to know how evolution makes sense. I ask just one thing, could you leave out false information? Thank you.

No. Evolution cannot be "proven". That's why it is called a "theory". A theory is a proposed explanation for an observed phenomenon, which takes into account all available supporting evidence. In the same way, the existence of atoms, which forms the foundation of chemical science, and ultimately all science, is a theory. No-one has even seen an atom. Therefore we cannot "prove" that they exist. However, all available evidence overwhelmingly indicates that they do exist. Therefore we rationally infer that they do. But still, it is a matter of "atomic theory", not proven fact.

Likewise, evolution is the best theory yet proposed that explains the observed facts - that earlier species have been replaced by later species ever since life appeared on Earth. The theory is overwhelmingly supported by all available evidence. Until an alternative scientific theory is proposed that explains the observed facts better than the current theory, we will just be stuck with evolution. And atoms.

yes. All the rivers down here in South Island New Zealand are "braided" rivers, called that because their banks are lined with billions of rocks and stones brought down by the mountains.

The roading companies are constantly dredging the lower reaches of the rivers for gravel for road building. They never run out, so it proves that the mountains are always being eroded.

That is part of the evolution of the world. This is there for anyone with eyes to see.

On the other hand, the Bible conception of the world is that it was created 6000 years ago and is perfect as God made it. With simple observation this is shown to absolute nonsense.

The world is evolving all the time, and all life with it. It is not something that we can say we know everything about, but that is science - a steady accumulation of knowledge.

You should try to get some of it, it is infinitely more interesting than the the Biblical picture, and I believe that if there is a God he would really want us to know all there is to know about the true glory of the universe, otherwise all the complexity of life and the universe would be an awful waste.

Evolution makes sense because we know two things and both are intertwined and work together.. 1) natural selection - it occurs and has been observed. Natural selection is easily shown in how bacteria become resistant to antibioltics, the size of Galapagos finches' beak change according to precipitation which dictates the size of the food they eat . 2) Heredity - parents pass on their traits to their offspring. Combining these two idea one can see how species can radiate out and fill new niches and adapt to their environment to survive in larger numbers. Environmental factures such as disease, predation, accidents all play a antaganistic role. It is a proven theory. I use the word theory as a scientist.

Most people say theory and actually mean a hypothesis, such as I have a theory about why it rains a lot, They actually mean they have a hyptothesis. Eventually, evolution will be a law, such as the law of gravity.

You can prove microevolution, and if you go to a good college, you will. You'll take some fruit fly larvae, expose them to mutagenic chemicals, look for mutant phenotypes in their progeny. You'll breed the progeny a couple of generations, and find that your mutants breed true.

There's plenty of good evidence for intermediate evolution too. Selective breeding of dogs has made varieties that are so physically different, that, if you didn't know they were the same species, you'd classify them as different species.

You can't prove macroevolution -- but it's the best explanation for the observations we've made. That's why it's The Theory of Evolution.

its a mutation that is past on to the next generation and inevitably is so mutated that its another animal like mixing colors.By the way inferring that evolution is false with that retard paradoxical question. By the way answer how heaven is true when you have never been dead? Well i can t say that but do you remember what it was like before you were born? BLACK NUTHING NO MEMORY Hows Heaven for you?

LOL, this is a loaded question.
Nobody can "prove" anything. Nobody can prove that the sun will come over the horizon tomorrow. I can give you evidence that points very strongly to evolution, but I have a feeling you will want to get down immediately to alelle swapping and very deep issues.
Stephen Jay Gould said about "facts":
In science "fact" can only mean "confirmed to such a degree that it would be perverse to withhold provisional consent." I suppose that apples might start to rise tomorrow, but the possibility does not merit equal time in physics classrooms.

Look at the history of the tuberculosis virus. It was a very real case of an observed and studied evolution.

I really wouldn't bother. I don't buy it but it seems most people act like animals. There're some nice people in the world but not many. So it's not going to bother me to think that at least the majority of people didn't descend from an animal of some kind, they are practicing being animals right now this minute.

I'd give you some clues, but I don't think you have the intellectual capacity to grasp it. Just remember, the bible was NOT faxed down from Heaven Central in the King James version....

I basically dont believe in evolution and all that crap. I think scientist are just haters of the lord. Like spontaneous generation. I think thats stupid because how can a frog change to a bird without fossils showing such evidence.
