The best thing to do is to just listen with a few appropriate sighs and "I know"'s tucked in. Women aren't like men. They don't want you to tell them how to solve their problems or deal with them better in most instances. Instead they just want to know that you are listening to and commiserating with them.

have patience . Listen to her and try to understand her feelings. talk with her about it and ask her if there is anything you can do to make the situation better for her( with out putting yourself in jeopardy)..

just listen to her. that's all we really want from men when we are upset is to have someone to talk to instead of the walls.
