Johnny D- thanks but in all fairness "googling" the words "web designer" does not mean you will find the best one. I ask mainly for recommendations! Designers that people have used or rate highly! Thanks anyway!

I still haven't finished my studies, but im willing to help you out. Can you please tell me exactly what kind of design you need?

I can both design (delicious eye-candy, mmm xD) and code everything.

What do you say? :D

Hi, I don't know if this will help you but you might want to try this software you can buy at office depot/office max. It costs about 50 dollars and you can do design your webpage all by yourself . It is called WebEasy6. It has 120 templates and 85,000 plus multimedia library of different pictures and stuff. Credit card processing is available. There are some other software over there that costs less but this one seems to be the best.
