I think that they are about the same. If anything, I think that Peter might be a little bit smarter than Homer. I wonder if they would be friends if they were on the same show?

unfortunately, homer experiences events almost always through accidental circumstances.... whereas peter contrives them mostly.

homer all he does is act retarded he took a test confirming it and he burned his wife plus he just stares at u and he hits his knee hes on the ground saying oooo-ooooooooooo for 10 minutes but he can fight a chicken for 50 miles

Peter may make VERY dumb decisions, but he always figures a way to get out of them. Plus...he owned his own country 'Petoria'. Hands down...ummm...they are both morons, but Peter .... barely!
