I don't want to buy an expansion card for the pc, I'm just going to get a new tv eventually.

And I also have dvr and satellite, so I just need a temporary solution until I buy a tv.

Some networks offer online TV, such as TNT, on their website.
You should seriously consider getting an external TV tuner for your computer though because they run at around 50 bucks and then you can also use your computer as a DVR.

Ask your cable provider, they might have a pay per month service, but you are not going to find it free online most likely!

The person above had a good answer. You can get an external USB device that is a tv tuner.
