I've been workin out for about 3 months now..see some changes, but I would like to have a set schedule that i can follow and get good results...anyone have one that's worked for them?

Honestly, it takes time. Cut back on the carbs. Lots of water .... switch on what you daily, maybe one day cardio, the next upper body and so on. I love to work out, and i for years have mainly worked out my legs. Guys say I have bigger leg muscles than them. Very nicely defined, not too bulky. I dont like bulky woman. LOL

Not sure of your question,But having a partner or more than one,male or female ,ones you meet at a GYM especally. Pick up an exercise program at a book store having some quality ,not just some macho junky stuff. Variety in exercises ,and from time to time consult an instructor maybe for a small fee and have them give you some suggestions as toward a goal you may have .Perhaps a group inst. for an hour or more with an instructor .Watch out for some helpful warnings ,ie. behind the neck (head) puldowns etc.
