Well...this is a very vague question...I am going to take a shot here and assume that you may be talking about Metformin?..also known as Glucophage...a large white pill that tastes bad and often comes with stomach cramps and diahrrea. I know about this since I take it...this medicine affects people different ways..I would suggest you talk with your doctor to see if there are other medications you can talk with less problems with digestion as you have...good luck

If it is metformin, or glucophage you're talking about, you should start on a low dose and taper upwards slowly to prevent diarrhea. (ie: 1/2 tab in am x 1 wk, then 1 full tab in am x 1 wk, then 1 tab in am and 1/2 in pm x 1 wk) Always take with a meal.
