WOW really good question.
I wold have to go with Kobe, only because he seems to be more versatile with new players.Considering his team is all but brand new. And Kobe is getting better, sharing the ball etc. He seems to be maturing on the court.
Nash is also an exceptional player, I'm just not as sure if he could adjust as well. But its a close tie.

Phoenix...sorry, LA, it's nice to hope that without Kobe the team will suddenly gel and play great fundamental ball, but Kobe is their ONLY GOOD PLAYER! (Odom doesn't count. Radmanovic? Come on.)
Phoenix,. meanwhile. has Amare Stoudemire. That'd nearly enough, but with Marion, Thomas and Diaw, it's a hell of a core even minus Nash. Nash would be a big hole to fill...but the Mavs lost him just a couple years ago, and they seem to be doing allright :).

Well i dont think it would make either team better but I think Phoenix would definitely be better off. Cmon Nash goes from Stoudamire and Marion to Radmonovic and Kwame Brown?!. At least Kobe this time around would have real talent around him and not be forced to take over games like he has had to in da past.

LA would do better because without Nash, Phoenix would fall apart. Kobe would take over phoenix but it would be the same as in LA.

Lakers... Phoenix is a team that has Nash at the foundation. If they don't have Nash I really wonder how their offense would run. Before he arrived Phoenix's offense was stagnant. A one man show named Marbury who never does any good no matter what team he is on. No doubt that kid has talent but he doesn't make his team better.

Phoenix would, because Kobe would actually have teamates talented enough to trust to pass the ball to.

Nash can pass the ball all day to all the Lakers, but only Odom would score on a regular basis.

LA, as they would be a more balanced team.

It can't be the Kobe Show; he has to accept help
