everytime i get gum in my hair my daddy get a scoop full of peanut butter in his fingers and rubs it on the gum ... the pb is to break down the gum so it wont be so sticky ... and then after you have broke it down as much as possible .... put ur kid in the shower and wash their hair real good... and make sure u get our all the left over gum!!!! =)
and sometimes it works when u have gum of jeans ... thats happened to me too.... but thats a diffrent story!!!!

I used conditioner,get hair wet then put conditioner in spot where the gum is let set for a little pit then pull right out or use a comb

creamy peanut butter- the oils in it work the gum out of the hair, and it's very easy to wash out!!

Peanut butter or baby oil works good or just cut their hair if its not that bad.

You can try turpentine - sometimes it will get some gum out - otherwise you will have to cut the gum out!@
