Friend troubles?

Today during English we were given the assignment to write a paragraph about our best friend. So I wrote about the girl I thought was my bestfriend, but I later found out she wrote about someone else, can I be her bestfriend, when shes someone elses?

It is always good to have more than one best friend. With each friend you have different things in comman with and you will always have someone that understands you and like the same things you like.

You can have more than one best friend and so can she. Don't start being possessive, it will only get your left out in the cold.
