You don't. You kindly give it to the customer service at Toys R Us (The r is back words). Then after you find someone to help you go to where you have to go and fix your controller, you will be set to leave!

u beat it on the ground a couple of times until it either 1.breaks or 2. it fixes

Is your controller a wireless one or is it a Ps2 controller with a cord?
